If you follow me on Instagram (@equestriantrendblog) or Facebook, you may know that a couple of weeks ago I traveled to Scotland. I visited some cities and, of course, my favourite part of the trip were the stables I visited.

Dunnottar Castle

The first one was located in Stonehaven, near the Dunnottar Castle. After visiting the castle we saw a black and white horse statue and we decided to visit that place. I am glad we did it because it ended up being an amazing 160 acre equestrian farm.

We spent literally hours taking photos, petting horses and chatting with Lorna, the sweet and helpful owner of the farm. They have a tack store inside the farm so I got a few things for Gali that I will show you on the next post.

If you travel to Stonehaven or any place nearby, don’t miss the opportunity to visit such a magical place. Halymyres Stables offer riding lessons, hacks and much more. Everybody is really nice and will make you feel home. This place going to stay in my memory for a long time.
